Once the plans are finalised in cooperation with the client, we move on to the preparation of the implementation. The works are put out to tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and the contract is awarded to the selected contractor.

At the end of the project, we will organise a site-specific training session and hand over the sorting yard to the customer as a complete system. To maintain the surveillance services, we integrated the customer management system and the camera system to ensure that the operation of the sorting yard is equally smooth at all sites. In addition, we provide regular customer visit reporting and liaise with a designated contact person in the form of meetings. This provides valuable information for operational improvement, such as occupancy rates and the smoothness of the customer service processes.
