The customer is automatically recognized

The sorting yard connected to remote monitoring automatically recognizes the customer using the camera system and control logic. This enables smooth entry without on-site staff and immediately initiates the self-service process.

Real-time monitoring and remote control

The control center has a direct camera and audio connection to the sorting yard. The operator can see what is happening on site and, if necessary, guide the customer or adjust camera views. Real-time monitoring ensures that any issues are addressed immediately.
